We collect the information you provide us - when you subscribe with us, contact us, schedule a demo, request for a trial version of CAS Suite, apply for a full version or license of software we provide and/or when you express interest in partnership with us. 1.b. We collect information automatically – including but not limited to, user location, usage statistics, device type, browser type 1.c. We collect information by using cookies – including but not limited to server logs, recognize your visit, and track your interactions with our platform. For GDRP compliance, you will get a cookie notification on first visit to our platform. You consent to cookie tracking if you continue on our platform

To fully ensure the privacy of your data, we apply industrial standard practices to safeguard your information. You acknowledge that data transmitted online cannot be made 100% secure, however, we put in place measures including but not limited to, encryption, and password storage of personal information. In an event that data has been compromised, we will promptly notify the user in cases of sensitive data.

6. Child Proptection Policy
We do not offer services to minors. In compliance with the Children’s Online Protection Act, any subscription, contact, request or otherwise which we have determined to be from a person younger than the adult age of eighteen (18), shall be purged, cancelled and/or completely removed from our database. By our own discretion, we may take further action to block the source of the information if we find it necessary.
